1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using internnest.ai (the "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
InternNest provides AI-generated internship matches and related tools for informational purposes. We work to keep matches relevant and accurate, but we do not guarantee any particular internship, interview, offer, or outcome.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details secure, and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with or disrupt it, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Payments and refunds
Premium Unlock and the Match Report are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Because they deliver digital results immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something didn't work as expected, email hello@internnest.ai within 14 days and we will work with you to make it right.
6. Third-party listings
Internship listings are gathered from third-party sources and employers. We do not control and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or hiring decisions — always verify details on the employer's official posting before applying.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InternNest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
