1. Who we are

InternNest ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at internnest.ai and the AI internship-matching tools on it. For any privacy question or request, email hello@internnest.ai.

2. Information we collect

We collect: (a) profile details you enter into the matcher — such as your name, email, school, major, graduation year, skills, and preferences; (b) account information if you create an account — your email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us; and (c) usage data — basic device, browser, and analytics information collected automatically.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to generate internship matches, to create and secure your account, to operate and improve the service, and to respond to your messages. Your profile details are sent to our AI provider only to produce your matches.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run InternNest, and share only what each needs to do its job: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (account database and sign-in), Google (optional sign-in), Anthropic (AI matching), and Stripe (payment processing). Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles card details directly under its own privacy policy.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, or where required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we delete or anonymize it on request unless we are required to keep it.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information, or to object to certain uses — for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, email hello@internnest.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

InternNest is intended for college students and others aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
